I became partially lactose intolerant. 😩 I noticed this happened after I got cha time milk tea one night after several days in a row having it and it turned on my gag reflex that night to where now I can only have any type of milk once in a while and I have to drink it slow to be able to let my stomach digest it. 😥 And that present was so overwhelmingly sweet. 😊 the reaction was priceless. I loved seeing that. That type of care, thoughtfulness and attention to detail is something I admire in others and try to perfect in myself too. I love seeing people happy.

A few months ago I went and got matcha soft serve and never in my life did I ever felt that way. I literally was laying in bed and suddenly felt super nauseous and gagged and was sick in my trash can... never happened before that day but now whenever I try to drink or eat something with matcha I start gagging and feeling nauseous.
aiMi Xue it makes no difference. It's still milk and I had drunk a cup of almond milk really fast while eating spicy food and in the next moment I was gagging and had to go to the washroom to puke it all out. Talking about this is making me feel sick too. 😅

We've tried thundershirt, calming meds, exercise, music, kennel, no kennel....nothing worked as well as benedryl😋 Seriously worked instantly and because my pup has a more extreme case of anxiety the benedryl didn't knock her out...it only took the edge off enough to understand that mom's coming back home in a few hours! Also, it's what her vet recommended
