My headcanon now is that Scorched has a canonically quiet-sounding voice, the "I will not be replaced" thing is just him screaming his fuckin' lungs out.

few cool things i noticed: the box in the back that would, in the games, give you an extra life is gone, basically forcing you to do this without dying. scorched's upped voice also somehow changed bf's voice to be humanoid. the glitch caused by scorched is a thing that some cartridges could do, where it would just run an insane amount of programs, melting the cartridge and destroying it. generally was used by hack cartridges. scorched, i think, is just quiet because he shares a body with hog. he can't be too loud, lest he kill hog, therefore killing himself. a lot of people have also noticed that when scorched glitches the game, the icon swaps to the default icon, showing that he is not only destroying the game he resides in, but the game itself.
I’ve been working for months to write lyrical covers for a bunch of the EXE songs. I’ve done one for each opponent in the actual build (save for Coldsteel), and did one for Secret History Tails (Confrontation). I just have this song and Substantial left. And Manual Blast is VERY hard to nail the note placement. Covers like this are a huge help to actually hear the specific notes Scorched sings, so, thanks!
Update, I swapped out Substantial for Forestall Desire, but I’m still going for this. Halfway done after a long break. Thanks again for this, it’s SO much help.
A really great detail i just found out is when Scorched goes to his glitched state, his icon goes to the default one, thats how you KNOW he his breaking the system. I love this, finally im able to enjoy his ROARING voice, I also LOVE the BF vocals when Hog turned into Scorched, This is the best.
Personalmente no me agrada mucho la idea de tener mas alto las vocales de scorched pues se le nota mucho mas los efectos que tiene incluido y eso degrada un tanto la instrumental que en mi personal se camuflaba bien y era un punto medio entre instrumental y vocales, aun asi la propuesta que diste esta bien fue un buen cover y espero que sigas asi
