A lady and a Justice who interpreted The Rule Of Law with decency and honor. A Trailblazer who served our nation with dignity and grace. Thanks to her and her family for their service. RIP Justice O'Connor.
The fact that she was against abortion, but yet fought and voted to keep abortion rights in place just goes to show how truly amazing she is
Retiring early was surprising honorable. Many people stay in the supreme court until death
SHE RETIRED TO CARE FOR HER ILL HUSBAND WHICH I RESPECTED TOTALLY.
Condolences to her family. She was a great justice.
Wat condolence?
Evryone dies..u thought she was immortal?😂😂😂
Wtf is wrong with people.
How much more did u want her to live? 9000 years?
Judge Sarah O'Connor you did a great job. Thank you. RIP
You know how things sometimes come in 3s? 3 national figures passed away in a very short time here lately: Rosalynn Carter, Henry Kissinger and now, Justice O’Connor!😮
The loss of Sandra Day O'Connor - Very sad. She was a good person that did the right things and had a moral compass. She cared about America and the people.
The loss of Henry Kissinger - A great day as one of the most evil men to ever live is no longer among us.
God bless Justice Sandra Day O’Connor and all who loved her. May she Rest In Peace.
She seemed like a very level headed person. Even though politically we may have disagreed she seemed very informed and able to make a non biased opinion. Not true of todays judges sadly...
I loved her book, "The Majesty of the Court"!
A great book indeed. This book expressed her dedication and interpretation to the Rule Of Law. This Lady was a Gem!
She was great lady. I admired her so much
Rest in peace from another Arizonan Justice O'Connor.
Prayers for her and her family…she was a fair court justice!
A real shame, though at her age, one can at least hope she passed having lived a full life.
It is worth recalling that she resigned from a lifetime appointment on the Supreme Court of her own accord to take care of her husband who was suffering from Alzheimer's. You can't find a more noble deed for a woman than that.
Not nearly the fan fare by the mainstream media as RBG’s passing because she was a conservative.
God bless your soul madame let your journey be as filled as your life on this plain of existence.
Respect tip thank you for upholding the law namaste 🙏
Rest In Peace 🪦
May she rest in peace, condolences to her family and friends.
Corruption from the top down.
To a wonderful woman.
I not know you but I like to said mayyou always be with the lord go in peace 🙏
Sandra Boston Massachusetts 🥀
My she rest in peace
She stepped down with honor, unlike RBG who clawed onto power even when unable to perform her duties.
@@jodylarson4697
RBG had about six years to resign and get replaced when Obama was President and Democrats had control of the Senate. She had no excuse.
@@Dbrat13she wasn't wonderful. She was incapable of doing her job as a justice.
Implementing term limits for Supreme Court justices could bring more diversity of perspectives over time, preventing an extended concentration of influence and ensuring that the Court remains responsive to evolving societal values.
A great role model. Bless her.
RIP, great lady
She served her country well. RIP Sarah Connor.
May she rest in peace
I don't like judges or politicians who take a woman's right to choose away at all. Which means I have no respect for any Supreme Court justice or any politicians. My body and my life.
May Her Memory Be Eternal
Rest in peace,
So she didn't allow her PERSONAL FEEEELINGS impact the rights of women, and what is just.
93 is a good run
RIP lady
The first woman on the Supreme court was not rbg . It was sandra day oconner
Rest in Peace.
I didn't know she was still living..
*Oh wow thanks for sharing this.*
Oh no...
Good riddance. We have her to thank for Bush 2, and the Patriot Act. Her grave should go unmarked.
Hope she retired years ago instead of holding a seat
If you're not even aware of who is on the SCOTUS right now then you probably shouldn't comment on the Supreme Court at all.
What a shame. ANOTHER career politician.
Condolences to her family members 🙏 God bless to hers families I wish prays lord Jesus to justice to rest in peace 🙏
What a great representation for something new and innovative. Now, let's get a great representative for first Pres. Not what we have today.
She should be the female president
@@borood1188Biden would vote for her, he doesn't know who's dead and who isn't
Is it not weird that we keep these people in office til their death? Like why wouldn't they want to retire, and how competent could a 93 year old be? Lets assume they have their faculties, how much work could they possibly complete in their work day compared to someone half their age
God have mercy.
How was she still a supreame court Justice?!!!! We need term limits on everything!!! She was around since before they stopped segregation’s wtf
Not much comprehension of information. Did your phone beep or something?
@@faurest23 either way she was in her 70s when she retired! Ain’t no 70 year old born in segregation (especially white in a racist presidential era) she could never relate to us and was literaly part of the reason the 3 step law that hurt black and Spanish by biden himself got passed learn your history and who was on what side of it
She’s been retired for 17 years. You should do your research before commenting.
@@Peterson1451 ain’t long enough you ask me she was still out of touch in her years before she retired
Henry Kessinger Roslyn Carter wow her wow rip to them all🙏🏿
So she will be voting for Biden in 2024 right? Hundreds of Biden voters were deceased but that didn't stop them‼️
RIP
She wasn't RBG. That's for sure.
Rip Sandra Day O'Connor, you will be missed
RIP.
R.I.P.
Wait, we now remember what a woman is?????
r.i.p legend ❤ 😢
She did hold up Roe v Wade when she was on the court.
Yeah but she voted with Rehnquist and Scalia on Bush v Gore. Don’t be fooled entirely lol
@@darknessnight1115 EXACTLY!! I was beginning to think I was the only one who remembered this. I do think though that after the invasion & destruction of Iraq she came to regret it...but, I could be wrong.
@@deborahwalker7406 I met O'Connor at a dinner event in passing in 2004. She was definitely snobbish when I told her I was a political scientist. Very haughty.
Upheld roe? An utter failure
First Justice to call in sick with period cramps. The old bat finally kicked-off.
Wow is weird she retired
She was no RGB. Thank God for that.
How many innocent Americans and Iraquians were killed because she wanted to retire with a republican in office.? May you meet everyone of them on the other side who didn't get to live to 93 because of you, Madame.
Gone too soon
These government people live really long lives. Sorta inconsistent with us regular people.
*Long live Donald Trump* 🇺🇸 🦅
Sad
😢😢
That fact that this woman was making policies instead of living in a retirement home, explains the failed government and political system
So what ⁉️
If I live to be 100, it will be the year 2,095. How different will the world be then, I wonder
Sad day
new opp pack
Think of the millions of babies that were killed because she wouldn't overturn Roe v Wade.
I thought she passed a long time ago, actually.
I did not know she was still alive
How many Billions did she steal??
She was personally against abortion, but instead of doing the right thing and having confidence in her judgment, she voted for what she was personally against because she was afraid of the backlash? Thats weak
@lait3967 I'll get my way when it's federally banned. That'll be a start, anyway.
@@marcuslatrent528 you will be responsible for the death of many.
May you RIP great lady.
Responsible for the deaths of millions of our babies. What a legacy.

Age limits
🙏 ❤😊
Well i guess she is going too be judged by a higher power?
Another one bites the dust
Nooooooooooooooooooooo😂😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
She was a noce lady... rIP
2023 has been a killer?
"we all croak sometime" -- some frog
First Black female justice.
Sad to see the last thing she saw the court do is completely remove a defining moment from her legacy with Roe V Wade. Shameful.
Justice Ruth Ginseng will forever be the people's champion ⚖️
This is about the death of the first female Supreme Court Justice not Ruth Bader Ginsberg.
Last of the intelligent conservatives. Rip justice.
Maybe she should’ve retired enjoyed her family a little bit shouldn’t even be a judge at 93!!!!
Hallelujah!
A Republican judge who opposed a women's right to choose! Bye.
That was her personal view. But she judges based on the law. She upheld roe v wade.
@@blakekaveny
Roe was always bad law. It was rife with reasons to be overturned. It's a states issue, always was.
@@sissy-_-fnyc She disagreed with that in terms of the law. But my point is you can’t judge based on your personal views.
Wow.. Someone who knew when to retire and the need to retire. Such a rare thing these days in the courts and in Congress. RIP Madame. You did your nation and your family proud.
