i just recently bought the 24h3r from coldesi and it uses the same printEXP software but im having issues with my black ink - its coming out grey when i print but when i do a nozzle test it appears fine - do you have an idea about what could be wrong - ive been working with tech for a few days already and they are still trying to figure out whats going on
I have this printer, and just had another one arrive with the new system, can you help?! My varnish spot is out and I don’t know how to increase the density of the ink and varnish to make the stickers thicker.
Question. My UV DTF printer keeps printing the images blurry. I notice that in photoshop the images are blurry when i open them, but when I open the image in adobe illustrator they are very clean and are not blurry. It looks like photoshop is making them blurry and my uv dtf printer prints them out blurry because of it. How can I fix this problem? Thank you.
Have a question, which in your opinion is better RIP, PrintExp or RIPrint? thanks in advance.
A big shout out to you!!! You were so helpful and so down to earth! I really appreciate you ❤
It was to meet you and I'm glad I could be helpful. Best of luck to you.

Do you happen to know good settings for a DTF printer? I just purchased a DTF Pro Double head printer from Procolored and the images are just bad :(

Have you tried to export them as SVG in illustrator and import the SVG to photoshop? They should be clean.
I moved the hhd to another computer and all printexp settings are gone, how do I restore them?
do your settings apply to uv non dtf printers
Whats the cost for the software training?
How can I set up some training with you?
how do you get the varnish to come out smooth on the print?
There are different settings in the Rip software that chooses how you want the finish to look.
my printexp wont prefill 6Pass_LM in the print mode like it has been. Now I cant print. Any idea how to change that?

Great sir
my says failed to load parameters
Shoot me a dm bro. I’m not sure what you mean??
Fail to load parameters with PrintExp means the printer isn’t connecting. You may have to setup your network adapter with a specific ip address.
I need to setup some time
