2 under 2 is not that bad. My second was born 3 weeks before my 1st child’s second birthday. It’s nice to have them close together.
It can be different for everyone. Not everyone could handle 2 under 2 depending on situation and mental health + other things.
And that means you only had 2 under 2 for three weeks.
How are you gonna tell them what’s good or not for them? Just because you did it does not mean it’s for everybody.
Obviously it’s different for everyone. Was just saying what my experience was. They are adults and can make there own decisions.

it wasn’t a big adjustment like you think it will be!

It's a very good idea, both for you and for the brothers.
I have 1 child and she is 3 years old. I’m one and done but if I did want another I always said I would’ve did a 3.5-4 year age gap and now that I do have a 3 year old (turned 3 in February) I would’ve still stuck true to this gap. Ages 15m thru now have been hard!! I couldn’t imagine going thru the newborn stage with my daughter any younger. I say to wait and start trying maybe next summer! I think your thought process of wanting a 3 year gap is sufficient enough! Age 2 to 3 is such a HUGE change with how much more independent they are and understanding of things they are as well which is would make things a lot easier also! 😊

my daughter is 3, let me tell you i wish i did a closer age gap! at 3 they stop napping and i wish we would’ve gotten all the baby stuff/naps/schedule done sooner
Listen. as a mom of 4, with a 1 year and 3 months gap from the 1st and 2nd, then 4 years gap from the 3rd and another year and 1 month gap from the 4th... its really not hard having 2 kids. not even 3. it gets hard at the 4th but it worths it
