+danny verleye Hi Danny, it is not impossible to clear the mind. The goal is to be present in the moment, and that could even possibly be wrong. I am no expert by any means and I am more than positive there are others who can shine in on the subject, but when I am practicing or teaching my Gung Fu, I am not thinking, I am in the moment. I am present. When I meditate, it takes a few minutes but I can clear my mind with eyes open or closed. This may seem a little weird or foreign to some people, but I have gotten to the point that I now I prefer to meditate with my eyes open, so I can see the ether around me. I then focus my consciousness on emptiness a concept I found through the writings of Miyamoto Musashi and Napoleon Hill, and then I snap myself out of it after I connect to the link. There are a lot of "experts" that chime in on the youtube comment sections of a lot of these types of videos, but the words are just noise. We are all trapped in this web of communication, but every now and then you have to realize that you can free yourself from the web. A lot of people want to be right and no one wants to be wrong. A lot of people want to talk, but no one wants to listen. Once you pick up the frequency, its easier to listen. This concept was scary at first but now it has become second nature. I realize it is a gift from the Almighty. Now that I understand the power of the ether, when I say I am the Master of my Fate, the Captain of my Soul. I truly believe it. I have Faith in Myself, I have Faith in the Infinite. The power comes from within. Meditate. Practice. May it be well with you.

Yes it's good to have motivation and determination and to have a positive outlook but to beleive your in control of everything in your life is foolishness. Things will go your way more than not when you make an effort but to think you are controlling your life and the people in the world all around you is looking like a narcissistic trait. By stating you are the master of your universe (Well your universe is my universe also and everyone on the planet lives in your universe because it's theirs also), then you are saying you are God. To make a statement like that means that you are in control of all sickness you will get and all other people's thoughts and you can imagine I could go on and on. So what evidence do you have that you are the master of your universe? That's my argument against this comment you made and to those who agree. It's not an insult or a put down but a reply from a different person with a different mindset that would love to know if there was any real evidence for this. You see I don't think there is, I think it's all illusionary.
I have been practicing these principles since I was 25 years old. I am now 58 years old. And I see that I am a few years behind your comment. But I want to tell you something I agree with you that worrying is total waste. I work contract. I have good months and I have tougher months. When I lose a contractor, when the job is finish, I get frantic and start worrying even though I know that I can create my own destiny. The doubt is still very powerful. The worry is very powerful. I was let go again, December 31, 2022 for my contract. But I didn’t do what I normally do. I was not frantic. I did not tell anyone I was not working. I kept it between me and my thoughts - and I only went to source. I got a job this time in less time than any other time. I was calm. I was not frantic and the universe delivered.
I love the universal laws. Simply by a thought I've achieved so much. I healed my sons broken bone and he was out of a cast 2 days after breaking his bone. The healing was so complete, the hospital didn't even want to do a follow up. He was fully discharged. After buying a few duds, I finally manifested a car that matched the list of criteria I had written down. I manifested a house that fully matched the list of criteria I had written down. Thank you so much for the inspritation, words of wisdom. Just turned 18 recently, feeling lost and scared that I would not be able to figure things out and make all the wrong decisions. Too afraid to attempt, too terrifed to expand my imaginations about what is going to happen tomorrow and in my future. This truely gives me so much inspirations and strength to move on with all my potentials, and gives me motivation to feed my brain with more wisdom, knowledge, posibility, positivity, power.
JT babe, don't do nothing, for this is a choice as well. Everyone one of us have experienced your angst. As an old high school teacher who has taught thousands of young people your age and the mother of five children, you are ahead of the game. You are thinking about your life's plan. Please also know that you will have three or four different careers before you retire. And don't be afraid to create your own business, niche or path. Do something and have no fear. Life is a wonderful journey. You create your reality by what you think. I have been a television anchorwoman, a scientist at NASA and EPA, college physics teacher and now I am a high school physics teacher. I have sung jazz and worked full time for several years as a child actress. I am planning to resume acting and singing at jazz clubs again, and I keep putting off writing a book. My parents instilled in me that there is nothing that I can not accomplish. I have tried to instill this reality into my children. My oldest Son joined the air force and works on Air Force One, the next son just graduated from high school last year, he joined the Air Force and is now in Dubai. My youngest daughter is a civil engineer. She earned her master's from Arizona State U. My oldest daughter finished her undergraduate degree years ago and is a hotel manager for a large hotel chain in Baltimore. My youngest son will be a senior in high school this year. He wants to be a doctor after following his brother's footsteps and enlist in the Air Force as well. I have a cousin who is an astronaut. Our success is not genetic. No one gave us wealth on a silver platter. The common denominator was education, determination and a passion(interest) in what we chose to do. Don't let people put you in the proverbial box either. Yep, you can blink and chew gum at the same time. One of the person's that I admire greatly in my life is my youngest daughter. She saved up $25K while still in high school as she worked at a sub shop after school. She had a 4.0 average and took AP courses while in high school. She has current state track records for hurdle jumping in the State of Maryland and she was in the junior Olympics while in middle school. She was the track captain for her college track team. She did not pay for her undergrade or graduate degrees because she got full scholarships. She skydives, and kayaks. She is a lesbian in a longterm relationship with another woman raising a family and she became a practicing Buddhist like me while in high school. All families are unique and different. You chose your parents and soulgroup before you incarnated onto Earth's plane this lifetime JT. Keep learning, reading and exploring. One of the single most enlightening things you can do is learn how to meditate. All that you need to know is only several breaths away. My parents use to pressure and push catholic religion upon me. My grandparents would always force me to go to church. I realized at a very young age that the Bible was just being deciphered and translated from the perception of the pastor. So their are many perceptions. I began to steer away from my church and the religion and even stopped believing in “god”. The god the pushed upon me. This was all before the age of 12 years old. I am now much older and have realized that I AM. I AM THE ALMIGHTY GOD. I am one with. I am all. My life has changed drastically and I will change my family for the better. I will make a Change in my family. I am the catalyst. I am I am I am. I broke the hypnotic rhythm that my previous ancestors have adopted. I am energy I am change. Money is not the root of all evil. It’s all perspective. Money has allowed me to give positive change. I use money, I don’t spent it. It’s only a tool. That must be used to better our frequency. Without money I would not have the freedom to pursue my higher self.

I would say i believe in LOA since i was young but can use it sometimes and loss things i attracted. Until 10 months ago i have a chance to join 15 days walking meditation all day in forest without talking and using mobile phone. The course insist me to focus on feel my feet touch the floor and when the thought come, just see it and back to feel the feet. It is my first time i see all my moving thought. After that day i practice until i can separate what is my thought what is reality. It is different actually. And last week i tell myself to a bit control my thought to ignore all negativity and think only reality and feel positive. I start using LOA again to feel i already have but right now it is pure without automatic negative thought joining like before. I hope i can go further that can completely control my destiny following Napoleon hills. It is discipline, you have to practice it. Zen meditation or TM what ever, you need to experience silent thought.

A long time ago, a very wise man stated "as a man thinks in his heart, so is he"...a statement that proves to be correct time and again! ---> By our very THOUGHTS we are the masters and makers of our destiny. All action begins with a THOUGHT, good thoughts crystallize into positive useful actions/choices. Useless thoughts including what we think we are missing or somehow cheated in life (life isn't fair etc) our inward focused thoughts will crystallize into self defeating actions/choices. It is by the thought process we embrace that ultimately shapes our choices and destiny. Successful people focus on what we CAN DO, not the perceived obstacles. The "would'a should'a could've thoughts" will hopefully serve as learning examples, but the rear view can't be our focus. With forward focused "can do" attitudes balanced by a healthy respect for our limitations, soon enough the obvious answers to the obstacles will come. Ingenuity ensues! On the flip side---> If we are centrally focused or obsessed with the things that are out of our control, our thinking paradigm is out of sync with our true goal, thwarting freedom of rational thought that would allow for the ingenuity to overcome our limitations and achieve certain monetary or social success. I humbly recommend the book "AS A MAN THINKETH" by James Allen A wonderful book of timeless wisdom, first published in early 1900's

Hebrews 11:1 should have been written thus; "Now faith is being assured of possession of things hoped for (emotion + thoughts), until the conviction of these things already seen (realized imagination)." ___ it's deep!

Good video thanks. I find practicing thought without words very insightful and empowering, as words are limited to your vocabulary. Thought is like a diet. You need to control your thoughts and know when you spend too much time thinking about something, otherwise your mind will have the same 20, 30 or 100 thoughts over and over. You need to make room for new thoughts. Practicing meditation is helpful for this (having new thoughts) and opening the mind. Then you can take this new, more open mind into everyday life and keep gaining more knowledge from within.

hi! this is a really true story of today! i normally avoid negative thinking as I know from experience that thoughts really come true. But today morning 05.00 as I went to my car, it was still dark and very cold. i live in vienna. So i opened the car and realized, that from the cold the front glass was covered with ice, not too much, buit as i started the car I said to myself, be careful, if someone passes the street you won´t maybe see him.... then i said to myself, nooooo who would pass the street at 05 o´clock in the morning just in front of my car? nobody in the street, everybody still sleeping Sunday morning? And guess what? Seconds later I hear a BANG, I see eyes, I can stop the car, seconds before crashing into the newspaper boy whose bike loaded with papers in front of my car crashes??? I ask him, if everything is ok, he says YES and I feel so lucky that maybe it was my thoughts that caused that or that the universe warned me in my thoughts that I should be careful..... anyway I felt that there was this ONE IN NATURE feeling... and still I feel so lucky to not have killed the paper boy..... isn´t it a strange story......

Thank you so much for the inspritation, words of wisdom. Just turned 18 recently, feeling lost and scared that I would not be able to figure things out and make all the wrong decisions. Too afraid to attempt, too terrifed to expand my imaginations about what is going to happen tomorrow and in my future. As an old high school teacher who has taught thousands of young people your age and the mother of five children, you are ahead of the game. You are thinking about your life's plan. Life is a wonderful journey. You create your reality by what you think. I have been a television anchorwoman, a scientist at NASA and EPA, college physics teacher and now I am a high school physics teacher. I have sung jazz and worked full time for several years as a child actress. I am planning to resume acting and singing at jazz clubs again, and I keep putting off writing a book. My parents instilled in me that there is nothing that I can not accomplish. I have tried to instill this reality into my children. My oldest Son joined the air force and works on Air Force One, the next son just graduated from high school last year, he joined the Air Force and is now in Dubai. My youngest daughter is a civil engineer. She earned her master's from Arizona State U. My oldest daughter finished her undergraduate degree years ago and is a hotel manager for a large hotel chain in Baltimore. My youngest son will be a senior in high school this year. He wants to be a doctor after following his brother's footsteps and enlist in the Air Force as well. I have a cousin who is an astronaut. Our success is not genetic. No one gave us wealth on a silver platter. The common denominator was education, determination and a passion(interest) in what we chose to do. Don't let people put you in the proverbial box either. Yep, you can blink and chew gum at the same time. One of the person's that I admire greatly in my life is my youngest daughter. She saved up $25K while still in high school as she worked at a sub shop after school. She had a 4.0 average and took AP courses while in high school. She has current state track records for hurdle jumping in the State of Maryland and she was in the junior Olympics while in middle school. She was the track captain for her college track team. She did not pay for her undergrade or graduate degrees because she got full scholarships. She skydives, and kayaks. She is a lesbian in a longterm relationship with another woman raising a family and she became a practicing Buddhist like me while in high school. All families are unique and different. My parents use to pressure and push catholic religion upon me. My grandparents would always force me to go to church. I realized at a very young age that the Bible was just being deciphered and translated from the perception of the pastor. So their are many perceptions. I began to steer away from my church and the religion and even stopped believing in “god”. The god the pushed upon me. This was all before the age of 12 years old. I am now much older and have realized that I AM. I AM THE ALMIGHTY GOD. I am one with. I am all. My life has changed drastically and I will change my family for the better. I will make a Change in my family. I am the catalyst. I am I am I am. I broke the hypnotic rhythm that my previous ancestors have adopted. I am energy I am change. Money is not the root of all evil. It’s all perspective. Money has allowed me to give positive change. I use money, I don’t spent it. It’s only a tool. That must be used to better our frequency. I would say i believe in LOA since i was young but can use it sometimes and loss things i attracted. Until 10 months ago i have a chance to join 15 days walking meditation all day in forest without talking and using mobile phone. The course insist me to focus on feel my feet touch the floor and when the thought come, just see it and back to feel the feet. It is my first time i see all my moving thought. After that day i practice until i can separate what is my thought what is reality. It is different actually. And last week i tell myself to a bit control my thought to ignore all negativity and think only reality and feel positive. I start using LOA again to feel i already have but right now it is pure without automatic negative thought joining like before. I hope i can go further that can completely control my destiny following Napoleon hills. It is discipline, you have to practice it. Zen meditation or TM what ever, you need to experience silent thought.

---> By our very THOUGHTS we are the masters and makers of our destiny.
All action begins with a THOUGHT, good thoughts crystallize into positive useful actions/choices. Useless thoughts including what we think we are missing or somehow cheated in life (life isn't fair etc) our inward focused thoughts will crystallize into self defeating actions/choices. It is by the thought process we embrace that ultimately shapes our choices and destiny.
Successful people focus on what we CAN DO, not the perceived obstacles. The "would'a should'a could've thoughts" will hopefully serve as learning examples, but the rear view can't be our focus.
With forward focused "can do" attitudes balanced by a healthy respect for our limitations, soon enough the obvious answers to the obstacles will come. Ingenuity ensues!
On the flip side---> If we are centrally focused or obsessed with the things that are out of our control, our thinking paradigm is out of sync with our true goal, thwarting freedom of rational thought that would allow for the ingenuity to overcome our limitations and achieve certain monetary or social success.

Good video thanks. I find practicing thought without words very insightful and empowering, as words are limited to your vocabulary.
Thought is like a diet. You need to control your thoughts and know when you spend too much time thinking about something, otherwise your mind will have the same 20, 30 or 100 thoughts over and over. You need to make room for new thoughts. Practicing meditation is helpful for this (having new thoughts) and opening the mind. Then you can take this new, more open mind into everyday life and keep gaining more knowledge from within.

But today morning 05.00 as I went to my car, it was still dark and very cold. i live in vienna. So i opened the car and realized, that from the cold the front glass was covered with ice, not too much, buit as i started the car I said to myself, be careful, if someone passes the street you won´t maybe see him.... then i said to myself, nooooo who would pass the street at 05 o´clock in the morning just in front of my car? nobody in the street, everybody still sleeping Sunday morning? And guess what? Seconds later I hear a BANG, I see eyes, I can stop the car, seconds before crashing into the newspaper boy whose bike loaded with papers in front of my car crashes??? I ask him, if everything is ok, he says YES and I feel so lucky that maybe it was my thoughts that caused that or that the universe warned me in my thoughts that I should be careful..... anyway I felt that there was this ONE IN NATURE feeling... and still I feel so lucky to not have killed the paper boy..... isn´t it a strange story......
