PAI PEGU INGREDIENTS.
PEGU FILLING ( caramelized coconut flakes)
2 cup of coconut flakes
2 cups of sugar
1/2 can of coconut milk
CARAMELIZED SUGAR INSTRUCTIONS.
1) Caramelized the sugar in a saucepan.
2) Add the coconut milk and stir continuously then add the coconut flakes
and keep stirring until the coconut flakes are coated with the Caramelized sugar.
PIE CRUST.
6 cups of flour
1 cup milk milk
1 cup of sugar
1.5 sticks of butter ( softened)
3 large eggs
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder.

We had nothing our support was terrible especially when it’s family so I up and took my family out of Vegas and came blindly straight to Utah on the greyhound bus
Was hard very hard but thank god life is good now
