Just got my 2022 Maverick HD 2 Days ago. I'm very impressed with the deck. I gave it a Cerakote ceramic finish along with the rest of the mower. I just hope the Orange powder coat lasts and doesn't start to peel or break off. It is very weel made!
I have a BB 6000 AOS 35HP With CAT Diesel engine... 60" DECK. 6 months after purchase, the BadBoy dealer went out of business (2010) ... GOOD LUCK GETTING SERVICE IF YOUR DEALER LEAVES LIKE DID! I don't even know how to check on or change hydraulic fluid. Not even sure which of the drain plugs is for the motor oil! The nearest dealer is a couple of hundred miles from me! The dealer wanting to be sure you are completely dependent on them does not even sell a detailed service manual ... BADBOY HAS LEFT ME DEAD IN THE WATER WITH A BEAUTIFUL BUT ALL BUT USELESS MACHINE!

Bad Boy decks are well built, i like mine, but I have a Kohler engine and it sucks, id buy another BB , but no more Krolers for or me!
One year in & so far disappointed, cable engagement issue & spindle bearings issues & excessive vibration. At least I have a great dealer for help

I have a 2004 mk 726 pro series that the blades won't engage
Throw in some adjustable anti scalping wheels and it would be the perfect deck. Until those are utilized, I'll stick with my current mower.
You didn't see the slots on the bolt on the front of the deck? Slotted for adjustment
In a previous video you said the the skirting was 7 gauge. Now you say 5, which is it?
On our 2018 Lineup they are 1/4" steel skirting! This video is a bit older and models have changed! Give us a shout if you have any questions!
