Thank you so much for the video.I have a question. Please i will like to get your opinion. I have a community health certificate 2011, worked as a volunteer work for two years. Was trained as a paramedic. And woked for two years. And from 2017 till date got a federal Job as a safety inspector. But in between those years i went to nursing school. Currently working as a part time nurse for from June this year. Please what noc code would you advise me to choose.Thanks❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏. As i anticipate a response. Please note. the department i work as a Safety inspector. is department of Occupational Safety and Health.
Honestly, I can't say, because you have worked in different roles, although, from what I can tell, they are all related. So it depends on what role you would like to work in when you arrive in Canada. But definitely choose an NOC code that is healthcare-related to increase your chances of getting PR quickly, because healthcare professionals are in high demand in Canada right now. Good luck!
Dear Nima, thank you very much for your well articulated video. I have a question, can one apply for more than one route at the same time? For instance the AAIP, Federal Express Entry and also apply for a Provincial Nomination?
Hi again. Yes, you can. The Provincial Nomination Program is linked with the Federal Express Entry so that's no problem. You can indicate that you are interested in provincial nomination when you are creating your Express Entry profile. Although the AIP is a separate Permanent Residency pathway, you can attempt it while being the Express Entry pool.
Very good detailed information🙏. Must you have $16000 canadian dollars in your account for at least 3 months in your bank account, if it is only you coming to Canada, before they will nominate you for PNPS?. If they don't see such amount staying in your bank account for at least 3 months, you will not be nominated for PNPS. Is that true?. Thank you.
Hi Jennifer, thank you for leaving a comment. First off, I will let you know that the amount of money that an individual would have to show as proof of funds depends on the size of their family, as such it is not the same for everybody. Kindly go to the Canadian govt website and search "proof of funds" to know exactly how much you will be required to have in your bank account and for how long. Secondly, provinces are not immediately or directly concerned with your proof of funds at the time you are seeking nomination. It is IRCC that will require you to show proof of funds. Provinces only want to see that you have certain skills, work experience or educational qualifications that will be relevant to their province for them to nominate you, that's all they need. Finally, if you have been nominated by any province, you will then have to apply for Permanent Residency through the IRCC, and it is at this point that you will be required to show proof of funds in order for your Permanent Residency application to be approved.
Thanks for leaving a comment. For Provincial Nomination Program, it is advisable that you have your IELTS and WES ready, as well as your international passport, before you reach out to any province because if they decide to nominate you, you will need those documents to create a profile in the Express entry pool or to get the Nomination certificate from the province. If you don't have them ready, you might end up missing out on that opportunity.
Love the video❤️ I have a question please, Will I be required to show proof of funds if I have a legit job awaiting me in Canada? If yes, how long does this fund need to be present in I or my sponsors account. Thanks.
Thank you for leaving a comment. You will not have to show proof of funds if you have an LMIA-approved job offer AND you are authorized to work in Canada.
Nice video here I will like to know please Can someone who studied a 3yrs course, and graduated from a college of health technology, apply with an OND certificate?
Hi Chioma, thank you for leaving a comment. Yes, you are eligible for and can apply for Canada Express Entry based on the degrees you have mentioned. You will have to do Educational Credential Assessment for both of your certificates though.
@@OniNimah thanks a lot for taking out time to respond I truly appreciate. So aside my ssce results, I only have my ND. So am I supposed to do the assessment for only the ND?
Hi, thanks for leaving a comment. Here's the link to the NOC webpage, I encourage you to check it out www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/find-national-occupation-code.html
But at what stage do you require to show them 6 months proof of fund, is it before they invite you to apply for ITA, you will show them proof of fund, or before you will apply for ITA, you will show them 6 months proof fund?
