Herbert really threw 2 TDs on two 4th and longs. Unreal.
Shame the D let him down. So many players put everything they had to the last second.
He's different... bro I was at the game. This first two 4th downs raider fans were cheerful and thinking "ok we got this, this is it." As Herbert kept converting those 4th downs they kept sitting down and putting heads down. By the last 4th down they were all sitting down bro. It was amazing being there. I was literally on the side of the end zone, field level looking straight ahead as that last TD happened. A thing of beauty. I kept telling everyone just wait for Herbert to get us back in this.
I think we should've gone for 2 points when we scored with no time left. Win or go home but at least it would've been on us and not FGs. Had we gone for it, we should've put it in Herbert's hands again. What's one more MUST MAKE play?
@@ceezb5629 I was at the game and that’s exactly how it was. Raiders fans were silent and chargers fans were going crazy. I called the touchdown before it happens and even said we need to go for two. Was surprised when we kicked the PAT. Can’t wait for next season.
He also threw the perfect game-winning pass. But Williams forgot to use two hands to catch the ball.
Coming from a seahawks fan, the chargers were so much fun to watch! Herbert was an absolute king on the field and I'm so excited to see him develop. Even if you guys didn't make the playoffs, im exicted to see what's next! Good luck to yall and I hope you get to the playoffs next time 🔥

this is my team and i’m so proud of them for what they did this year now that i’ve had time to process what happened (even though idk if i’ll ever get over that loss ever) staley in his first year had a winning record and almost took the chargers to the playoffs and let herbert eat like we begged lynn to do. but that comeback and fight they showed and the way this team gels together anyone that can’t see the chargers are on the come up and fast are gonna end up getting hurt by them. they’re fr. this is just a growing pain. every great team has it. go bolts baby ⚡️⚡️
Last year we never ever went for 4th downs under Lynn. We played to conservative and safe always punted but this year Staley has given this team an new Identity.We became the only team in the league to go for the most 4th down and also have success in it. a couple more pieces added to the team on offense and defense and our team as a whole is going all the way next year 2022 SUPERBOWL CHAMP will be the L.A CHARGERS#Boltup
Going 9-8 and losing to garbage teams while missing the playoffs with the amount of talent on this team is nothing to be proud of at all, it was a disaster. Problem is, us Charger fans are so used to a losing culture that it’s always “great season, we will get it done next year”. That’s a losing mentality. Time to demand greatness and stop wasting talent.

I have been a east coast fan of the BOLTS since being a little boy in West Virginia nearly 42+ years since watching the team with the lightning bolt beat the Bradshaw Steelers after their SUPERBOWL WIN in the late 70s. My friends and family were all Pittsburgh, Washington, Dallas, and raiders fans, but that crazy acrobatics passing game of Fouts dazzled me like a Harlem globetrotters cartoon game and I was hooked....I believe this team will have a dynasty and storyline so great for years to come and are championship ready in the makings...Love my BOLTS, I love their legacy, love their class, and love their future...GETTEM BOLTS GETTEM GO CHARGERS!!!!

@@SouthEastSD619 we could have easily been in the the playoffs but it came down to a time and a field goal. And that “Extra something” from Justin Herbert and our offense is what forced it in to OT be in that position.
Im only 29, I've been a Chargers fan since I was 12. Not long compared to some, grew up in a house full of Niners fans. Fellow Chargers fans I will tell you this right now, a Lombardi trophy is coming. This coach, and this QB will absolutely take us there. In 5 months the team completely and totally transformed itself. Once we can hold teams to under 21 a game, we will absolutely shred everyone. Hang in there BoltGang, the rest of the NFL doesn't even understand how close we are.
P.S. I cried multiple times during this, and this All In was so beautifully well done. Please for the love of everything, bring it back next season.

@@michaelbell75 being optimistic about the prospects moving forward and being happy with the previous season are two separate things. If you look at the facts, we improved by 5 games this year and have a lot of flexibility moving forward with our cap situation. Was last season perfect? No, we had a lot of struggles and our defense basically shit the bed. But we were a top 5 offense, we have a young stud QB and the capacity to rebuild. I don’t know how you couldn’t be optimistic if you’re a lifelong fan of this team.
Breaks my heart this team didn't go further, but the future's blindingly bright. Huge thank you to the content team for their work this year. Best in the league and what you've put out has really made me feel so much more connected to the team.

i love this team with all of my heart, being at that game in Cincinnati and celebrating with all of the Chargers fans afterwards gives me hope. Especially after watching this, this team is special and I cant wait to see what moves we make this offseason to build a super bowl caliber team. Bolt up forever no matter what.
The first part of that had me right back to the feelings of that Sunday night! I thought I had moved on and they brought me right back! Man, it hurts my heart to see these men hurting but it warms my heart to see the love they have for each other. I cannot wait for next season and truly hope they can find the missing pieces to get us to the Super Bowl next year. That being said, keep Mike Williams! I was nearly in tears seeing him upset, but you know he's gonna put the work in for next year. Bolt up!!
Finally built up the gusto to watch this episode. After that final game I was sick to my stomach not being able to even watch highlights of it. As a 40 plus year Chargers fan who through the years has witnessed heartbreak after heartbreak, this season as many before it, ended in devastating fashion. It's been absolutely gut wrenching being a fan through the years but I will NEVER give up on this team, this franchise, this fan base, these players. Coach Staley has absolutely changed the culture in the locker room and despite some of his questionable decisions throughout the season has proven to be a leader of Men. The future is OH SO BRIGHT for this team and I'm looking forward to watching what TT does this off season with so much in FA/ salary cap space and flexibility that provides. Hang tight Chargers fans, don't give up hope, this team is on the verge of domination. We just have to trust the process and tune in.

A Chargers fan since I was a little toddler and loved the lightning bolt on the helmet, that's what did it for me and never looked back and never left my fandom for another team. As tough as the loss was against the Raiders in the final game, this All In episode brought such an electric light to our future and next season so thank you for that and for the entire series. We believe in this team and I feel like the Chargers are stronger than ever and will be a force to be reckoned with next season. We WILL do it OUR WAY. #BoltUp
These episodes were so amazing man. How they covered the ups and downs was really nice to see. With past teams I felt like we never really acknowledged our losses and how hard they can be for the fans, and the media team did a great job of encompassing the emotions you go through as a fan when your team loses a game with that much on the line. I found myself saying ‘Fuuuuuuuuuck’ 15 different times during this episode. These videos allow you to relive the emotions you felt while watching the game and that’s why it’s so great. When we finally have that crazy 15 win season these episodes are really going to pay off. And I hope they do them for the playoffs also.
PS I would even buy these on dvd just to make sure they never get deleted.

Out of 32 teams all of them have star athletes and aspirations of winning the Super Bowl. Ultimately 1 team will emerge as world champs. All the other teams fell short of the goal and work is to be done to improve next year. That’s the bottom line. The Chargers were actually ahead of schedule. Tom Talesco deserves a ton of credit as he built this team specifically for this offseason with a ton of cap space, picks and Herbert on a rookie contract. LAC were never going to win a Super Bowl this year but are set up for a huge uptick. They can afford to resign all the key players and have enough to get several big players and a couple guys in the draft who are ready day one. I can honestly see the Chargers winning 12 or 13 games next year and making a SB run. As gutting as that final loss was, I tend to think it will serve the team better in the long run. The team will use that pain as fuel. Excellent video, btw.

Honestly...a few more pieces on the Offensive line and some nice defensive pickups to bring that unit up from 3rd worse to maybe even middle of the pack and no way we aren't in the playoffs this time next year. Look how close we were with nearly the WORST defense in the league. We are close Bolt Family!!!!

When I saw Mike Williams on the sideline upset like that all I thought was "I hope he doesn't blame himself for that bobbled possible TD pass" it was not his fault at all. It was no one's fault.
I never saw defeat until I saw the look in their eyes. They fight no matter the score they fight. They showed the entire league that the Chargers aren't scared they score on anybody and play against anybody.
I also want to point out how the players backed up Coach Staley. It speaks volumes when the players back up their coach. That's rare.
I don't blame Staley at all.. I did at first but looking back it's because of his aggressive fight to the finish mindset that the Chargers even got this.far. a year ago two years ago. We would be getting ready for the 3rd overall pick.

I was field level vs Raiders in Vegas. What an exquisite performance by the son of Zeus, Herbert. Too bad we lost but damn was that game amazing. I’ve never been prouder, our future is bright. Them boys fought, especially Herby.

I fuckin love this team. I haven’t felt this way after a season in a long time. Year one was the test to many fans that have been through it all. If you’re not excited about this team, man, i don’t even know what to tell you.
You must be new here, we’ve seen this all before. Loaded roster that chokes when it matters most. But there is always next year right? Sure.
@@michaelbell75 nah been a fan 28 years. I’m just not a negative person. We’ve had many underachieving teams, but at the end of the day we’ve got a stud QB that just performed the way he did after learning his 28th new offense. A coach changing how others are approaching decisions, and a solid young core to build off of.
