I hate back seating, but it seems like most of the awp shots you miss are due to holding the angle a little too tight and have to correct when they swing. This took me years to recognize in my own game.

I'm not a csgo player at all, I play non prime ranked once every 3 months with some friends and just watch a handful csgo players/streamers and a lot of majors etc.. BUT, wasnt summits calling in regards to "Arch" the second half pistol round fairly confusing? They pushed corner TOWARDS arch so he calls "out arch" which i can get behind since they are travelling TOWARDS arch. however after they've actualy PASSED arch and turned the corner (library (i think) corner) towards the site, wouldn't "out library" be a better call or "3 out library heading site"? since in my mind its kinda weird to say OUT ARCH when they are pushing arch but also call OUT ARCH when they are pushing away from arch (and to site)
again, im not a csgo player just a watcher and i also get that calls are subjective (to each person and even a team) so the team could know exactly what he meant the second time he called arch, who knows, just wondering
There was like 4 of them pushing arch. The point of the call arch was to make his team aware that theres presence arch and to hold the angle/not peak it. The point isnt to accurately call out their exact position. Also they were rushing, so by the time he said "3 out library heading site" they would have already been somewhere else by then its just too long of a callout to make (its why 99% of calls are 1 word, ie, palace, mid, apps, monster, short, long). Very specific, sentance long callouts are not only not helpful during gunfights, they might just make it even harder to hear actual callouts from other teammates. "out arch" doesnt work because theres a lot of places they can go from arch, like back to ct spawn or into library, so once again, the general call "arch" is better to just let your team know theres presence there. Theres a few reasons hopefully thats clear.

It's pretty common for CS players to play 4:3 aspect ratio, especially in higher level play. It started with the limitations of CS 1.6 and then just became more comfortable for players who had used it previously. It makes everything wider so theoretically easier to hit, but also makes things move faster laterally, and it slightly cuts off the edges of the screen so you might not see a player right on the edge.

idk if it's just me whos noticing this, but his teammates skill levels seem to be all over the place.
to me at least it seems like everyone is feeling the pressure. they overthink everything and seems like sometimes they just forget to play the game really
could say the same for summit in some of these past games lmao. I think there is just not much room for error at this skill level so mistakes are much more noticable and costly.
@@mckinleyfisher-lynd3896 exactly, not tryin to backseat, but i really have noticed that summ is making a whole lot of round losing mistakes himself in these games. Ik it's hard when you haven't played in so long, but i'm just objectively pointing it out that he lost his team a few of those rounds by either dying to something he shouldn't be dying to or like when he threw that trash smoke lane.
@@thekamotodragon yeah you’re definitely not wrong. And hitting the bong between games isn’t going to help much with reaction times and decision making lol but as long as he’s having fun I enjoy watching and he still has some great flashes here and there.

I honestly think maybe he should try being a rifler because I feel like his rifle game has been on point. Although I know he’s been an awper for who knows how long so thatd be a pretty tough change probably.
