Glad Sen. Franken corrected, for the record, Sen. Cruz' and Sen. Sessions "alternative facts" and misrepresentations regarding Sen. Sessions non-existent work in support of civil rights cases.

ok yeah I made that such a simple statement...if I did not know the extent of someone's work, like let's say I saw them clock in for three shifts at work, I would say, he clocked in to work. but if I found out that that employee sat around and watched television instead of working, I would revisit that statement. it wasn't as if I were telling a lie, I was saying to the extent of what I knew to occur. is that a more reasoned response?
