I love this video sooo much!! I love Ali's take on leadership and the dynamic of "fight me for it, and I will give it to you" when it comes to training up leaders. I have never heard of that style before, but it sings and resonates on the inside of me. How that flies in the face of traditional, stale leadership where leaders have a choke hold or death grip on their positions and the REFUSE to allow anyone else to test the waters on that.
I'm telling you, what you said there made an indellible mark on me. I was like, "You can do that??" I'm going to pray and ask Holy Spirit what that looks like in my life, in all aspects.

Just catching up with this episode as I do the ironing😄. I loved listening to your conversation, amazing women of God...As a non musician, this still really spoke to me in the 'where is my well done good and faithful servant' in my life. Not what can I do but what is the Spirit saying to put my hand to.
