Could you please let us know if the foundation transferred after you set it?
Did you also try it without the primer? If so, what is it still sandy?
Could you please recommend other lightweight hydrating transfer-proof foundation? I am in the market to purchase a foundation. Thank you.

I didn’t check to see if it transferred after setting it with powder. However, most non-transfer proof foundations usually transfer less when you set them with a powder.
I also haven’t tried it without a primer.
It’s hard to find a transfer-proof foundation that’s truly hydrating. Most of them are oil-controlling and have a matte or natural matte finish. A favorite which is light-weight and hydrating but doesn’t claim to be transfer proof is the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Foundation. I’ll also recommend the Smashbox Always On Skin Balancing Foundation which is hydrating and transfer-resistant too(although I did get some transfer when I did a test but it was fine after I set it with powder).
