I have a suggestion... you come everyday to give us valuable information for free... why not start a 4 to 6 weeks of basic exercise routine for building muscle on UA-cam or Facebook so that ppl start with you and then take a notch higher gradually after the end of 6 weeks... most of the time ppl are scared of starting and then ending up with injury... agreed UA-cam has many exercise videos but the question whom to follow
