Jjam's lyrics are filled with playful metaphors and energetic calls to action, encouraging listeners to let go of their worries and join in the collective experience of enjoyment. The repeated references to 'jam' and 'peanut butter jelly' serve as metaphors for the sticky, sweet, and irresistible nature of the fun they are promoting. Jam in English has many meanings but they are playing with the word also in Korean. Jami (pronounced jam+e) means FUN in Korean. Also it's cool that each racha got a part. Vocalracha got a singing part together, danceracha a dance part and 3racha(minus chan) got a rap part❤
Having 3Racha holding the pen, creating the beats, and directing the members is pure perfection. Just as deliberate with each sound they put into the tracks, 3Racha build their songs around their members. In a way, Skz themselves are the instruments to finalize each song! Ugh, I can't get over how talented these boys are! Can't wait for you to see some behind the scenes moments of 3Racha directing the other boys and themselves in the studio. They come in knowing what attitude and feel they need from each other, and all of Skz is ready to do their best for the song. 😊 Also, the input from the other units in the building of Skz music is amazing. 3Racha meets with the other boys and heads their input so the sound we get is all Skz. Not to mention, some of the boys have writing credits in Skz music (all have songs under their own name, but not sure if all have credits in Skz official songs by now..?) Anyway! Loved your reaction! Never apologize for pausing and taking the time to appreciate all that goes into everything! As a Binnie bias, I must agree, Bin's rap is intoxicating 😌 Whenever Changbin starts a song, it's called a Bintro since he's really good at bringing that energy. Also this song was written (by Bin I believe?) as a Stray Kids as Stray Kids song through and through! Changbin was feeling in a rut, and wanted to remember why he loves making music. The man also loves puns and cheeky word usage = Jjam! Funny that you mention Lee Know, Hyunjin, and Felix being perfect for this songs center as those three make up Danceracha, the dance focused unit in Skz. Vocalracha- our skillful singers of the group and the two maknaes, starts the Racha-breakdown as Channie shouts "Sing!". Then Felix starts Danceracha's section by saying "Dance". "Rap" followes with 3Racha going back and forth and Channie tying us back into the rest of the song❤❤
If you are enjoying Seungmin's voice he has a new solo series called "Song By" over on the JYP channel. There are only 4 episodes so far but he is picking songs that really show his range and growth.
Thanks for letting me know! (Will definitely wait on checking that one out cause I know it’s more sentimental and I wanna understand/experience it after knowing their older references) 😊
Imo at least starting with their pre-debut “Hellevator” where the elevator shows up in so many of their mv, and debut “District 9” where you see the date 3/25/2018 throughout the years in their mv, “Levanter” a very emotional and important song for them where they become an 8 member group instead of 9. A new beginning them more determined and stronger. Seungmin and Han taking on more vocals that the main vocalist used to have before leaving the group.
I have to admit that this song has grown on me with time, I didn't enjoy it this much at first listen. Now is stuck in my head and i love the fact that they introduce every racha parts with ad-libs (Sing, Dance, Rap)
I feel you because Lee know is always so smooth. Thanks for reacting! Deffo look for the live performances- I don’t know if they get blocked but they’re definitely worth reacting to if you can!
i love watching your skz journey so far! and if anyone complains how u react they’re wrong cause i love how you actually analyze everything and talk about it!! a lot of reactors don’t do that and just watch it and that’s it! i’m so excited to continue to see you react to skz!!!
I love your reaction! I don’t know if you caught it but there were three “sections” in the song that they actually introduced with “sing”, “dance” and “rap” which was the three different Racha groups-VocalRacha (Seungmin and I.N), DanceRacha (Felix, Hyunjin and Lee Know) and then 3Racha rap line of Han, Changbin and Chan.😎 for the “live stage” check out the MBC or Music core stages. They promoted this one on the music shows. Welcome to Stayville! My all time favorite dance practice video (besides the most recent ones) is Easy. Just so smooth and they were so much younger and just so cute.❤️❤️
Loved your reaction 🙌🏼❣️ This song may sound like a lot at first but it gets stuck in your head so much! And the choreo is just a lot of fun and I agree, they're really good at framing the members in the center and transitioning into positions. Bc you talked about doing Halloween related stuff when it's time: They have a zombie dance practice of Maniac and a vampire dance practice of Thunderous (more fun than scrary though haha) 😁 There is also a unit song 'Up All Night' with a vampire concept and ep. 8 & 9 of skz code are horror/ haunted house episodes 😊
12:07 they do have skz code a bit like horror escape room vibe episode 8 and 9 and one song called "up all night" with vampire concept mostly they do zombie and vampire concept dance practices 😁
Ooh yes same here changbins diction and emphasis when he raps has always stood out to me since I got into them! That among many other reasons is why he's my bias lol
Hyunjin 😍. I love Innies hair too. Idk if you know that Stray kids are seperated between vocalracha, danceracha and obviously rap and they seperated them into their groups for this song, which I loved.
I am absolutely loving all of your reactions to SKZ. Thank you so much for this. I highly recommend Easy MV/dance practice and Domino dabce practice there is not a MV. Top tier.
Yess omg i love that you reacted to this💜 btw mountains is also really good too, ohh okey so the stray kids 2024 long guide by chandora's world can help you to know them much more and learn more about them. Yes the guide is long but if it's more easy for u you can do parts of it. This guide is a must and also the best one as is more aupdated.
Yeah and the way they make sure rachas have a moment in it😊❤. You should also watch their guide and Album INTRO to know more the insight in their album songs like how 3racha(chan,chanbin,han) other members that have credits in it to soon. If your interested to it i can drop you the links all of it.
I love that you're loving them 🤍 btw, if you're interested in the production part, you should check 3RACHA (Han, Changbin and BangChan) content, like the early sondcloud songs You'll get use to this mini movies that are they MV I can't wait to watch you falling more and more down the rabbit hole _(in a good way, we'll be here to catch you, all STAY hahaha)_ also, sure they already said it but, in this song, they wanted to get each subunit a spotlight, so VocalRACHA (Seungmin and I.N.), DanceRACHA (Felix, LeeKnow and Hyunjin), and 3RACHA (in this chase, 2RACHA, Han and Changbin).

If u think about it tho! Chan got the prechorus after Han and Changbin's rap. "Sticking together day and night" just like 3racha
i love how every racha have their own part (vocalracha, danceracha then 3racha)
Was such a good idea 👌🏼

I saw that as one of the playlists! Would love to check them out(:
Ep 2 is my fav where he sang high and dry by radiohead if im not mistaken @@KaileeDanielle
For the song stray kids I wouldn't watch it yet you should watch more of their older stuff to understand more
I agree their older stuff would make so many of their newer songs make sense!
Thanks for letting me know! (Will definitely wait on checking that one out cause I know it’s more sentimental and I wanna understand/experience it after knowing their older references) 😊
The thing is that this song almost completely consists of references to old songs that were important to them.
Imo at least starting with their pre-debut “Hellevator” where the elevator shows up in so many of their mv,
and debut “District 9” where you see the date 3/25/2018 throughout the years in their mv,

I love how you are spoiling us with so much SKZ content! Thank you so much for reacting to this

They definitely get blocked so the music show ones go over on Patreon, doing some for JJAM this week (the choreo on a stage is insane) 😊
@@KaileeDanielle ahhh maybe I’ll check out your Patreon then!
