I love the entryways in these old homes! So nice to have a space where you can shed shoes, outerwear and other 'stuff before walking into your actual living space
The small brownstone in Brooklyn was nice reconstruction. Like the structural piece, old floors, bannister and the old front door. Nice outside space. Not my style for interior furniture. The 2nd house kitchen was also nice and airy. The black multi pane window and light fixture were also nice. I love the marble and soapstone. Interesting ceiling with narrow French type grooves. Nice job overall.
Nice job, but that cream shag carpet would be a nightmare to keep clean. I personally like more warmth though it seems N.Y. in general likes cold grays and blacks. Love the garden and those front doors are A-MA-ZING. Love the idea of the porcelain in the kitchen - completely agree it’s much more practical than marble, and nothing lost given that nice pattern and texture.
I actually love the concrete😊 I really need that deck right now. After surviving a premature birth with a 1 pound baby, my son will turn 21 during the Coronavirus Pandemic in a couple weeks &our tiny apartment won't do for a celebration. Seeing that deck, I instantly envision a small simple gathering with "21" balloons, cake & finger foods for his small circle of close friends, they all miss hanging out together. Less is More, but Gosh.😏

Understated but spectacular.

me too! :)
(that's one thing I really don't understand about American architecture: that you walk in and stand basically right in front of the couch)
I get such a lovely vibe from this lady 😃
Im really enjoying this series
Beautifully created.
The brownstone is bright and open everything jus goes warmth feel to it not over bearing with items

Beautiful home.
Wonderful place! Love it.
I love juxtaposition, a balance and subtle colour pieces.

Beautiful Home, thanks for sharing 💞
Julia's home is beautiful but what I really want to know is where she got that top/jacket? Love it! :)
Amazing, that lady is a genius!
Love it. So fancy yet cozy
A black radiator cover would be great.
Although I don't care for the narrow upward style of the brownstone...The decor is lovely!
Beautiful

Inspiring
I love the Garden and the KItchen...the small Power room is ok but the rest of the Living room and dinning room need but attention
The kitchen is perfect. The powder room is smart. Is that a jacuzzi in the back yard space?
I love everything about your house its perfect tbh😍 except the exterior of the building
How do you clean that rug?
Probably don't go in there..she likes red wine remember?
A rake?
Maybe start with a blower. It could be an outdoor rug as well.
Is that a pool in the backyard?
Can you guys pass the bedrooms renovation and baths. Please 🙏
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🍷
Why not cut the tree back at your fence line and let the sunshine in? It's your legal right to do so.
