Had this a fair few weeks now. LOVING the synths! Big 70s influences, much more interesting arrangements than all the big symphonic female fronted bands. The cd feels a lot like a proggy, non-heavy Dark Tranquillity... good stuff :)

I'm entitled to my opinion, the same way you are entitled to yours. Whether we like it or not, in the gothic/alternative rock genre Autumn si a force, with much more decent outputs. It depends on what you expect from an album. If you want agressiveness, then you came to the wrong place, if you want melodic tunes with a female lead, then you might enjoy it. Tastes do not give worth to an album, but musical argumentation does.
about the only band that changed singers and they sound so similar i didn't even know they had changed until today .... Nienke De Jong is awesome (and gorgeous) , so is Marjan tho...
Whatever, I'm glad Autumn finally get's some more of the attention they deserve! Maybe the label isn't used to this sound, but I'm giving them credits for their confidence in Autumn. And hey: guess who are performing at Wacken next year...? Okay, I admit that this isn't metal as we known it for ages now, but I like the sound!

Love this song! Love this album. Who cares if its metal or hard rock. Is that really so important in the first place. Many bands dance between the styles, in fact, if your a pure genre band most likely your boring. And yes they are different, proggy and delicious.
Nightwish is good. This however the singing isnt great. Its over produced by a longshot. I dont come on youtube to compare but really? Nothing alike unless you say they have female Vox.

@Kharukat apparently enough people liked it to get them signed to metalblade though. the reason its next to white chapel is because of how its tagged and listed in the playlist. do me a favor man, don't hate so hard. everyone has music they like, and i love metal, it's my life. but there is no bad music, its all about what you like. just don't turn into one of those douche bags that everyone hates because they believe if you don't like their music then your wrong.
