Between this Itel S23+ and the Tecno Camon 17P which is a better phone and quality of videos and pictures taken with both phones i mentioned?
They're both good options, depends on what you have in mind, s23+ is recently good, and the 17p is cool too

The camon 17p is better in overall performance, the processor is better

My issue with the phone is that when i on my hotspot, and someone connects, i cant see who is connected to it or how many people is connected to my hotspot.

You'll find that on the settings, and battery, or better still go to settings, and type battery saver, and it'll pop up
