epsom salt on the African cichlid tank should help. Do lots of vacuuming when they poop from the salt. Also try Ron’s Cichlid’s medicated food.

✅ added salt yesterday. Definitely gotta try the medicated cichlid food. I did soak some cichlid pellets in paracleanse before I fed them too. appreciate it 🙏🏾✌🏾

I’m late here but u mixing to many medication’s

Never mixed medication, started with polyguard for a couple weeks, did a couple of water changes, added my activated carbon back, gave them a break for almost a week then I stared introducing paracleanse( mainly in the food). Only thing I did mix was API aquarium salt. Apologies for not being specific
