- KTLA 5's Kareen Wynter has the latest from Del Amo Fashion Center where anyone under 18 will have to be accompanied by an adult to attend the mall after 3 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Not extreme, the behavior of kids has really gone down due to lack of parenting.

Give a ipad or a phone to a kid isn't parenting, and look how worse this can even become if keeps like that.

i would not feel safe if my teen were there
When parents refuse to take responsibility and call on politicians to act, you get restrictions.
The governments long term goal is for them to take responsibility of the children first parents second. Which works to an extent.

That's what those people get for the notorious break-ins at some stores.
My guess is that the theft finally hit the point where merchants weren't making money and at the point, tossing the kids really cost them nothing and saved them a lot in reduction of theft. Will be interesting to see how this works out in a year from now.

Too bad so sad. Lots of foot traffic from these kids but obviously no money to spend. It's usually a few that ruin it for many others. Doesn't look like the case here, it's many that ruin it for the few. Overall no sympathy from me for this parent. Of course her kid is not a problem, which could be the case, but that's the way it goes.
Ask THE community to reign in their kids.
