Acting Financial Secretary Marlon Johnson shares the Ministry of Finance's vision for the Farming & Fishing Programme to provide funding for farming and fishing start-ups. The Ministry of Agriculture & Marine Resources is partnering with the Small Business Development Centre's Access Accelerator on this project.
