Your clear instructions and video made this so easy. Just one thing, though: I ended up with pretty big holes in the centre, parts of which could be seen when the two parts were stuck together. Any idea what I did wrong?
Hi Celia, I'm so glad you enjoyed the tutorial. The only thing I can think of is that you maybe didn't make the first cut long enough. You need to cut at least to the middle of the square. You could also try cutting three quarters of the way down, which should make the hole much smaller. 👋🌟
Hello, Elizabeth, thanks for commenting. It's important to use hot glue for this because it dries so fast. You only need a few dabs of glue. I've been making these with my kiddos since they were little and we've never had a star fall apart on us yet. Thanks for watching. 👋

Beautiful craft…but…It’s difficult to glue the two stars together. It’s hard to make contact with enough surface area to hold the glue.
