I have question : I have Mikrotik devices, in snmp, I indicate in the "location" coordinates with 6 numers after "," - the inventory - "auto " Zabbix sees in location but does not automatically adjust the altitude and longitude. At the same time, with the same settings, the Observium automatically takes this and show on map. Can you give please solution for this, may be i dont find this or misconfiguration ?
You need to have for every user dedicated host. And fill this hosts with location informations in to the inventory field. This automation part can be done via javascript calling zabbix API or some external script.

What is the best way to add latitude/longitude to our hosts that are monitored with snmp so that they show up on the map?
You can only add it manually via snmp or on zabbix front end. You could write a python script I guess :-/
Use automatic inventory mode. But you need to have some items on snmp device that report coordinates.
