thx, i have been thinking about a TTM run for a while but one where i try to do with no tag switches but am not sure if i want to embargo on such a long campaign As for THoT that might be a run i try do before 1.37 or if not after
am very inexperienced with wc's and haven't done a wc in over a year but i might try do a very similar run soon where i try and be more efficient with mission trees and also form a end game tag to see what year i could finish a wc in as a non horde
i have the same peace deal as you at 3:04 in the video, including Conquest of Yerevan. I did notice your ruler was careful(lucky that!) but you get 58 AE and I get 80, which is far more than 10%. Additionally my coring cost is 347 while yours is 310. Did you have any other -AE or -CCR modifiers at this point that I don't know about. My WE is 0 so it couldn't be that. did you have a hanbali scholar invited or something for the AE? Also, after that war it stated maragheh, tabriz, and ardabil were out of coring core for some reason. did you have the same problem?
have you got your claims or started golden era as that will change the coring cost and yes i did have ae scholar given out but i don't believe i had any other -ae modifiers apart from that edit: yes i had same problem with coring range edit on edit: also max prestige will give -10% ae am not sure what mine was at that point
@@De-Valois Thanks, I think my prestige was only around 50, and it must have been the golden age! i also only had 2 of 3 age objectives for it so I didn't take(i only had 5 vassals, 2 different continents). I took too much land in the otto war to humiliate, and haven't developed my cap to 30. might reload a couple years back and try again(not doing ironman since I dont care for it) Edit: and yes i had claims
i concentrated dev in conquered land to get capital 30 dev so you don't need to dev it up , it looked like golden era as the numbers where roughly 10% their also could be a difference in innovation but that would only change by like 1% difference at max so didn't bother to mention
@@emilholdgaard1652 ally Albania they have good fort defense and ottomans will always siege them first with good rng or if u build enough ships to barrage and assaults (with a merc stack) you can get the forts on the other side of the strait bad rng you block the strait and just siege down Anatolia and peace out for less 1st war both ways you can avoid any battles which save manpower to keep expanding after
I have a run with Mamluks for stacking score against other religions, 25% from monuments 15% Aksum ideas 15% Kongo mission, , Georgia temporary 10%. diplo ideas 20%.
i wanted to finish this run as mamluks which is why i stayed as the tag but forming Kongo before going back to mamluks might of been a good idea in this run in this run going on to get aksum ideas and turning into a horde probs would be very op but would also lose the 20%ccr from Anatolia ideas so it might be best to use Andalusia temp 20% from their mission tree
@@De-Valois I avoid hords.. yes, Andalusia also is interesting choise they have 25% against other religions for 20 years and crr. or form Arabia 10% ideas and 10% mission(long way to go). in your run , easy to form Russia for ccr. So.many options )
you most likely could as we have 65% perms ccr and can get -75% warscore cost against other religions by finish monument and if you went on to form a end game tag or turn into a horde we could make conquest even faster
@@De-Valois that was suprising. Usually Aragon/Mamluks guides start with - lets no CB Byzantium to reconquest Byzantium cores to get more strenght (or conquest to release to get rid of that Byz reforms possibly)
@@Robert-iu4bx i did used to no cb Byzantium but wasting the 200 admin to stab back up is brutal for early conquest and no haven't done a Mughals run since i started making videos but i should do one soon

in true faith provinces you can reduce rebels a lot up to around 200% overextension depending how much unrest and tolerance of the true faith you can stack. higher than that you pretty much have to deal with rebels everywhere unless you can core in under 10 months highering autonomy becomes very useful especially when your no longer stating the land due to gov cap as for rebels using mercs or attaching vassals to stacks to use their troops to kill or if u can call a big ally into a small war and they will go round and fight rebels to but these are all situational and most the time you just have to fight them
sometimes it also helps to be constantly going over extended which sounds weird but after you fight rebels they cant spawn their again for i think 10 years or 5 years cant remember now which puts all the rebels on different timers as you been fighting them all campaign and you don't get that one initial spam of rebels everywhere edit: also remember rebels take 5 years to force demands so the immediate need to go fight them we all have can be subdued
no way you have enough admin even with the early -30% CCR(even managing to get to the -50% CCR with admin ideas somehow for another 1200ish admin) to core all of that land in the first 50 years without completely ignoring all admin tech and your admin group.....
30% ccr was just the starting ccr i went on to get another 25% from admin, 10% from Georgia mission tree and 20%ccr from becoming Hindu then on top of that your forgetting perm claims reduce the cost by 25% to core as well as golden era giving another 10%
@@De-Valois So I'm trying to follow along with your guide here and at one point early on you take a province from syria and said you didn't have to core it because you already had a core. How did you get that core? the only way I know of is through the "Administrating the Northern Territories" event at the beginning of the game but that breaks the trick to get them below 25% LD by adding 25% EXTRA LD if you select the "give all cores, add a truce" side of it. Can you explain how you had the core on Antakiya? (I did manage to find a way around it by taking merchants guilds privilege to get another 20 prestige for a second placate and develop their provinces 3 times- sayda, homs, and antakiya so no biggie but I'm still curious how you did it)
@@DaysonDarby it was a random event that trigger for me to get the province to get Syria loyal on the 11th nov placate once, give out religious diplomats, strong duchy's and a dip rep advisor this will make them loyal so you can complete the mission for claims in Anatolia after then give out mana privilege's
i pretty much finished with no states which is why at the end my manpower and force limit is so low as for rebels pretty much had to kill them in every province all game lol in true faith provinces stacking tolerance of truth faith and unrest best you can with highering autonomy in areas you not stating can help alot but rebels take 5 years to enforce demands so sometimes you can just ignore some for a year or 2 if all your other troops and busy at that time

how do you deal with overextension and rebels? thats the only thing that is limiting me in conquering faster

have to move your capital to the Tripoli state as well
