I can correctly say she’s worth her salt as a investment advisor as her diversification skills are top notch/ I say because i see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 30 to 5O% on a monthly basis, unlike i can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along. my portfolio just mirrors what her place and not just on some particular industries of my choosing

The thing I can't help but think about is that for these huge estates, the cost every month to upkeep them must be astronomical. No thank you! I'd rather live in a much smaller house, and have the money to help my family and other people who really need help...too much wasted money for homes like these imo...For those who want and can afford them, that's fine, nothing wrong with that....but just not for me even if I was able to afford one. I think you aren't factoring in how much money people usually have to buy properties like this. They can comfortably pay expenses and take care of their family without much thought or they usually wouldn't have bought it in the first place.

But look at Elon Musk for example...I think he said he only has one large property left, because he's sold all the others, but if I remember reading correctly, he now actually lives in a small prefabricated tiny house for his primary residence, as opposed to the collection of mansions that he previously owned. Granted, he's living there for product testing purposes. But he has been quoted as saying "I think possessions kind of weigh you down." So if the richest man in the world (as of right now) can think that possessions kind of weigh people down, I would think he, of all people, would & should know. Not all extremely wealthy people necessarily think the same way as each other. And not everyone, whether rich or poor, always likes all the same type of things someone else does necessarily.
It's not a mansion if it's not at least 8,000 ft or more just because it luxurious doesn't mean it's a mansion it can just be a really nice home or it can be a very luxurious house that doesn't make it a very luxurious mansion
