Nah combo diversity is what I want slow or fast. If they released 12 with just a speed increase from 11 most would still prefer x cuz of the combo diversity.

@Just Ahmed Nope, sure wasn't. I checked his stats afterward. His most used character was Subzero and his stats were a laughable joke lol 😆 I've found after playing this game for 8 years that people who suck just spam special moves and pray they can get a win lol 😆 Such Skrubs who refuse to actually practice and get good.

I believe the semantic difference lies in actually using zoning tools to control the space, as opposed to mindlessly throwing projectiles on the screen. Like if you make the read your opponent is going to jump, catching them with an air projectile and converting into a combo. Even doing that same projectile to keep your opponent from jumping. Like I said, controlling the space vs ONLY using projectiles until your opponent gets close.
Tbh zoning is just another tactic to win but spamming is just what to do when you lack the skill to give a proper fight
