I am applying for my grand dad. Its asking for his mother's CNIC which he doesn't have. Everything else is done. He was born in 1950. he doesn't have his mother's cnic. its not letting me save without uploading mother cnic.

yes, keep trying with different scanning options. unfortunately if you still getting stuck reach out to their help .
most likely the scanned image is over the weight limit try reducing its size
I am also apply online but nadra sand to me card by UPS service and ups not delvery any card my card where is i dont know if nadra sand to you by post or DHL may be you raceved your card but other service if nadra sand your card you cannot raceve dont khow whay nadra make the problim
