    Exactly now this is BJJ that id like to learn with wrestling bass now we're talking combining your wrestling with your BJJ and if you're up along the wall or the cage learn a little judo

      What hyperextension of the knee? I don't see it. What you mean? What I see is a potential neck injury , if done wrong.

      ​@@jav.angel1205wrestling ALWAYS tests your knees. The older you are the easier they twist wrong. Whenever I wrestle, in my 40s now, from hips down I move like a robot just to protect my knees. One knee gets a lil swollen and in pain from mowing the lawn lol. They ain't all soft and supple then ready to go liike they used to be.

      You don't. You have one life to run this body down lol. And once it's done it's pretty much done unless you got an account with iron man. Apparently knee surgeries are pretty successful.

    He just LOOKS like wrestler. JJ guys are either ripped all over or fat cuz anyone can do JJ. But wrestlers literally have to turn into .bulls.
