Rockstar have been known to release their games with very similar or even better graphics compared to the trailer, take a look at gta v or rdr2 trailers next to the released game.

Unpopular opinion but I was actually really disappointed with the trailer. I don’t think the trailer itself was made well and the graphics aren’t anything shocking. The movement of characters are almost identical to GTA 5
