    GOOD PRESENTATION.
    IN SOME PRESENTATIONS PEOPLE WHO DELIVER.
    Salesforce has many offices across thr globe and THEREBY CUSTOMERS all over.
    Thus if possible giving PAUSES IN BETWEEN WILL MAKE PEOPLE GRASP MORE & RESULT IN MORE PRODUCTIVITY.

    I wish they would implement the AI into setting up Salesforce essentials. It should not be so difficult to setup workflows etc.

    In the first place highlighting more the clear cut difference between MARKETING AND SALES CUSTOMERS WILL GAIN MORE FROM Salesforce EFFORTS besides more CUSTOMER satisfaction.
