Waise main fruits, juices, Makhana khata hoon pakore bahut kam or kabi nahi bhi mainly water content fruits, juices lemon juice which is an ideal way to keep fast rather than eating too much oily foods haan makhani, sabudana kgata hoon which is healthy food.
