He could join one of the Ghana associations nearby and meet a possible spouse there as he is getting older - America can be very lonely as an older person without a spouse. My advice to the youth is never buy a brand new car [even if you can afford it] in America because once you drive the car off the dealer lot, it is worth 20%-30% less. Try buying a good used car that is about 2-3 years old if you can afford it.
Your analogy about the cars 🚗 is not entirely true, brand new cars are relatively cheaper. The rate of increase in used cars is over 15% more than new cars.
