Why not blend oil and vanilla cinnamon too while blending dates? I am curious

If you add too much liquid while blending dates (or say any fruit like mango), they will not blend completely & instead their pieces will keep floating inside the blending jar. Once the dates are completely blended, then you can add oil or vanilla & blend once again.
