Seems super time consuming to go through long twitch streams. 30 bucks a video isn't worth it unless you can get a video done in an hour. @insduck Yea I'm an editor for a news station. I can't imagine the work being worth the pay. Seems super time consuming to go through long twitch streams. 30 bucks a video isn't worth it unless you can get a video done in an hour.
Definitely can't make this a full time job unless you had multiple streamers that paid you well. So anyone who thinks this is a full time gig is kind of stupid. Could be a side hustle but that's about it. I feel like most editors who work for these streamers are jusy huge fan boys. Which is fine but to me it seems more like a hobby than a job

Being from a third world country myself, I don't understand the need to employ someone you could pay less provided your currency is worth more than theirs. It's a lot of money per month u can look up average salaries in india , base salary is 20k-ish , avg is 32k , smack is giving him above avg pay for an experienced editor and almost as a lead editor (a position that oversees multiple editors) , so it's all bullshit. Mind you this is his first month working...his pay will increase as stated by smack since his channel is growing, so it could reach 600-700$+ , which is very very high

It's insane this guy blundered this job because of his greed. I was working for Tuonto for a bit untill russia attacked Ukraine and SWIFT got blocked in russia. And i could've gotten the same amount of money per edit as this guy. Which is awsome(at least in russia, idk how it is in other countries). Shit, i was ready to work for free, but Tuonto insited to pay me and was willing to negotiate(even though i was already pretty happy).
