    I have a copy of the Wills Act 1837 s9 (d) (ii) acknowledges his signature in the presence of the testator (but not necessarily in the presence of any other witness), but no form of attestation shall be necessary. So I am confused

    In addition the previous concern I would also like to raise the question whether contentious probate claims has taken any consideration to the disability discrimination act 1995 which was replaced by the Equality Act 2010. For example a person may have difficulties writing because they have arthritis on hands. Also whether disclosure may actually be in breach of legal professional privilege and or GDPR.
