im gonna get myself a 2006 cbr600rr for my first bike here in a month and i cant wait to start riding. rode dirt bikes for a year but i got the hang of it pretty quickly first riding a dirt bike so the 600 should be easy for me i could say but this video helped me understand basically the same bike but older with the one im looking at on how to ride it and stuff!
i just got an 05 cbr600rr... rode dirt bike like 30 years ago lol. it's sick bike and she screams with the shorty exhaust and a few other upgrades and mods and i gotta say, she IS a little bit intimidating but as long as you maintain control and don't freak out... get to know the bike and all that you'll be good
Would’ve been nice if you told us how to shift down. And how to shift into neutral. You’ve covered how to shift up but not down. 1 is down, 2-5 is up. Once you go to gear 3/4 how down one drop the gears?
@@optix6222 To someone with no experience it might as well be. Thats like saying to someone whom never drove a car to turn left or right when they dont know how much to turn the wheel
No, once your starting the bike then you let of the clutch smoothly while giving gas slowly, very slowly then when you need to change gear while moving you let of the throttle (gas), pull in the clutch, click one up not half way, let of the clutch, THEN give it gas ....... in that order.
Hi. I started on Honda 125 cc, with my instructors bike. Bought recently Honda Cbr F 600. So i am still practicing in car park. Slowly, but surely. But hopefully in a few months will be more confident.
@@thvtsydneylyf3th077 how tall are you? I have a Cbr600rr and I’m very comfortable with it, I am 5’8 - 5’9, I can’t flatfoot both legs but I have no issue flatfooting one side on traffic lights.
I’ve got the exact same bike just got it this past month loving it

You won’t believe but my first bike was a Z800. 😂
I don't know wether to start on a CBR600 or an R6, I think the cbr is friendlier to beginners
@@777Bible start on a r1
Got my first bike (cbr600rr 2011) about a month ago, got to love how friendly it is. MSF course is June 18th!

The bike that’s in this video is lowered for a friend that is 5’9. Go on experience on cc

I thought this was an automatic model ?
So u hold both clutch n gas at the same time while riding?
No

Clutch to change gears
What's the bike's owner name on Instagram?
Damn this was horrible lmao it’s such a rushed video
Whiskey throttle, thats my concern as a beginner lol
8/23 we're meeting up in roses parking lot in Rocky Mount we're going to lover's leap we're meeting up at 9 a.m. bike meet
My first bike will not be a 200 🤨
250 or 300 but if you know how to get on two wheels with a motor 600 won’t be bad
Nice bike what year is it?
2006!!
ganda ng bike mo boss
Nice
Im curious, can u drive off on second gear? Or it depends on the terrain?
Depends on the bike. Larger cc means it has more moving power at lower rpm
Maybe if you have a 1000, but if you have a 600 you’ll have to rev it very high

love the vid. major thanks.
If you know how to ride manual well. I’d go straight to 600
where’d you get them fairings from
bike is lowered?
Yes!
song is fire whats the name?
How high is that bike tho? is that stock height?
looks like its been lowered. reason he put the plate by the chain is because theres no room for it under the exhaust.
