Why why in East Jaintia Hills District Especially Lad Rymbai & Khliehriat Law is not working till these days,people live what they want drive a high speed which harming and also put other in danger & 100 black Scontrol,,, they also drink and drive, what are you doing DISTRICT FORCE. Please do something if it also is to late... Atleast visit then you'll see with your own eyes.
