In recent years, IIMs have been looking for diversity in the batch and you pursuing CA will also aid you in this. The gap year directly doesn't effect your application process, but it will affect you in the interview process. You need to be able to justify it well in the interview process for consideration. And since you have very good extracurricular achievements, if you are able to base your answer on highlighting your achievements and showing you didn't waste those two years, you will definitely be considered for admission.
