GST on Rent of Property - RCM, FCM or Exempt? GST on Renting commercial property, 18% GST on Rent

GST is applicable in case of renting of Property and recently a change is announced in 54th GST council meeting that 18% GST on Rent of commerical property is to be paid by the person who is taken property on rent that means the tenant under RCM and it is going to be applicable from 1 October 2024 so there is confusion arise now when GST on Rent is exempt when to pay GST on Rent 18% under forward charge and when to pay under reverse charge which is clarified in this video.
