QLCS Tornado Surprises Us in Defiance Iowa | April 26th, 2024

SKYDRAMA.NET | After documenting 8 or 9 tornadoes from multiple cyclic tornadic supercells in a regional tornado outbreak across eastern Nebraska and western Iowa on Friday, April 26th, 2024 Colin Davis ‪@donkeysanddownbursts‬ and I stopped to catch our breath at a gas station in Defiance, Iowa as a linear storm segment passed overhead. A circulation began to emerge from the rain and touched down as a rather stout tornado passing just near the town of Defiance. Not all QLCS tornadoes are small and brief!
