Mission: Build a snowman in Erbil (JULIE IN IRAQ)

Episode summary:
I embarked on a mission to build a snowman in Iraqi Kurdistan, starting at the Erbil Citadel to buy supplies. Although the weather conditions on Mount Korek weren't favorable, my friend Shko kindly invited me to spend time with his family in the village of Koye. The next day, we visited the Geli Ali Beg waterfall before heading to Mount Korek, where we enjoyed the snow and even built a snowman. The episode concluded with a visit to the Rawanduz Canyon, making this an enjoyable and memorable journey.

في الدقيقة 7:36 هذا القطع نفس البسكت الداندوك بالعربي نعمل مقارب له نسميه الجشج هو عبارة عن البرغل وزبادي الغنم الحامض وملح نعجن البرغل بقليل من اللبن السميك و ٤ فصوص ثوم مهروس جيدا ونضع القليل من الملح وعندنا يشرب البرغل اللبن نعمل منه اقراص ونجففه على الشمس ثم نحفظه بمكان جاف ومعتدل الحراره ونأكله او نعمل منه مرق يسمى الجشج
