is carving better than dual swords? what makes it so?

@@matthewmammothswine4395 could you explain to me how carving has higher mobility? seems to me dual has longer distance E and lower CD, but i've heard multiple people say this.
@@luke9524 Though the distance on dual swords might be slightly longer, the animation takes time and I believe does not provide an I-frame (Im not 100% sure about this). Carving E is a very fast animation, and so is extremely hard to predict. This coupled with the damage and defense drop makes it a better option especially in 1v1. Dual swords damage comes from the auto attacks, which a good player can easily counter. Carving in superior because of the speed of animation, and its ability to be used offensively and defensively whenever the wielder choses. Without the knock up that dual swords' had, they are pretty much the cheaper but slightly inferior option to carving. Still a very good weapon though.
