Good game ! Ridgewood didn't look like they were going anywhere in the beginning but slowly settled down and got in their grove. E. Orange started out on fire but lacked the teamwork needed on the offensive end to keep it going. Too often their offense devolved into one on one while Ridgewood was disciplined and moved the ball around much more effectively. They also rebounded very well. E Orange played well defensively at the end when Ridgewood struggled to get the ball inbounds and the game was close. It was their game to take, they had the opportunities but couldn't get it done. Congrats to Ridgewood for a great come back and game well played !
What was the call of the foul shooter at the end? Line violation? That’s a crazy call with the game on the line, not to be made before that. Tough that the reffing seemed to have an impact on the outcome, but a crazy come from behind win. Loved the crowd noise.
Yes and No. Don't forget the macro view that the game is filled with many good and bad decisions by the players leading to points and fouls. Missed calls by refs. To boil it down to only reffing having an impact on the outcome is simplistic. I get the temptation to do so ( a lane violation call? ), but if E.Orange would have been up by 10 then we wouldn't be discussing it.
Ridgewood is a white neighborhood. East Orange is a Black neighborhood. The game was in Ridgewood. They love their team. They were rooting for their team. You are just looking for something that isn't there. A "blind man" could see you are nothing but a racist.
You say I am 'looking',,,I am looking at what exists in BLACK & WHITE. There is a divide so don't act like it doesn't exist. Too many people wan to act like it doesn't exist but it does. It is what it is. NJ is more segregated than most want to admit to. Giant elephant in the room! @@nickv4073
The excitement energy in that gym, unbelievable. If I was in the gym and had a side, I would have had a heart attack. Unfortunate that the last call of the game was atrociously bad. There was no lane violation. If any violation occurred it was the ridgewood player on the right side of the lane under the hoop.

"EO , EO EO we dont win, you dont go" Thats what We heard fromMorristown every year we went to East Orange to play back in the 80's

I remember when Ridgefield Park won the state championship in 1959!
Eddie Feehan led the team to victory!!
Awwwwsome game!

Incredible game. We'll behaved teams and we'll behaved attendees. This is how games are supposed to go.
Good Behavior... looks like the entire police department was in the house.
Is #4 The coach's son?

Yes that was a lane violation that was called. I would agree, pretty tough call to have such a big impact on the game.
Well it wasn’t nearly as disgustingly bad as that call in the Manasquan/Camden game! That was awful!!! Those white boys got robbed!!!

@@erico4537who did it do you know?
Jersey Boys! Just wanted to know if there is an ethnic Portuguese population in Ridgewood?
As Bugs would say "What a Maroon"
Crazy how ass #4 is bro😂
thinks he shootin' hoops in the park
Great game …on another note, like a lot of other HS schools across the country you can see the divide of the races …a blind person could see it

Wow what horrible shooting that game was hard to watch

HEY!🏀🐄🇺🇸
Terrible coaching on the inbound passing at the end for the team in black. They need to learn how to handle pressure put on the ball.
Ridgewood play better team ball.. better coached
I don't think either team would have much of a chance against most Chicago teams.
Ha...Ha...
Can’t even put up 60 points, and you got the 3 point line, lame.
