As far as support i think these girls have tons of support there it seems, you could see how these mentors and instructors really care for them and one of them said he felt like a father figure to these girls and was really rooting for them which makes it hard to critique.

YGE does have counselors or mental health check ins for YGE trainees as well as YGE artists. However, the trainers and mentors even YGE senior artists are also there to guide/help them if they need advice or encouragement. In YG TREASURE BOX, Junkyu was going through a slump and lost his confidence. He met up with YGE counselor for a mental health session. I think that session really help him overcome his slump and made him realize the kind of artist and person he wants to show to the world. He’s such a bright ball of sunshine and he wants to make people be and feel happy. So I feel BABY MONSTER has the same resources when they do feel overwhelmed and pressured. I think all of them gather their strength from their families and each other. As long as they have a good support system around them not only within the group and company, but outside of it with their family and friends. I still do often worry too because they are so young especially the Thai and Japanese members. The Korean members still go to school obviously Rora goes to middle school and Haram/Ahyeon goes to the same high school. But I think Chiquita and Asa do have lessons or tutors.. I know YGE has language lessons like Japanese, English, Chinese, and etc. I know they also provide debate/conflict resolution lessons. But yeah Chiquita is 14 and Asa is 16.. heck Pharita is 17..I’m sure they still are continuing their education be it online classes. These girls seem very determined and passionate as well as good mindset. Again I feel they have a good support system within each other and their families/trainers/mentors. Of course we don’t know everything and things can change..or the pressure and harshness of social media world can be very traumatizing/difficult/hurtful. I hope they don’t always listen or look at the bad comments. 😆
I truly hope they have access to good mental health services all the time! I'm kinda bitter as a 2ne1 fan because they were completely abandoned in the end. Oh and YG used to call them ugly in their face😡
The girls chose some very difficult songs, but that's what they had to do because they are struggling to debut in YG's new girlgroup, one of the most awaited and announced debuts of recent years, they have to take risks and their performance must be nothing but phenomenal. They must leave those who will evaluate them and decide on their future speechless, they will have difficult moments but I am sure they will solve them and when it comes to performing they will give their best!

I think about the mid ranking of the solo mission, YG based it on how well the song suits the member, how it compliments their voice and how it can prove that "This is what I can do". Pharita and all of me for me really suited together. It complimented and showed Pharita's vocals. Asa's I feel like was in a range that surely she could do that there's nothing really much to it as it's already known and expected that she could do it, so I'm guessing he wants them to really shine in this mission Just a personal opinion.

I think he didn't actually do the ranking, the way he put the names look like he tried to group, MOP, 1st-2nd are strong and smooth vocal 3rd has mixed between them and 4 -5th are strong vocal in another way, and 6-7th are rappers. This is will be good show.
