How did you manage to record your own gameplay whilst being on a bad machine without having it impact your frames' consistency? I've been wanting to VOD review myself for ages but I've been too broke all this time to be able to not have it kill my framerate.
very good points in the video and points ive put across in my own games as it stands already if weve learned anything from the woohoojin drama tho, id be mindful embelishing the "2weeks from silver" climb, your tracker is public and can see thats stretching the truth. while its not as bad as his boosting dont get me wrong. the climb on your tracker is still insanely good
Thanks for the feedback. And yes my tracker is public but when i locked in and focused instead of playing casually i did get immo in 2 weeks from silver
@@IvzVN the act you are linking from, started at gold 3, like... gold/low plat to immortal in 6 weeks is still a solid climb, but its neither 2 weeks, nor silver
I came back to the game 5 ish days ago, went from g1 to p1 in 3 ish days. Then reset happened and I was struggling a lot, then I started aim training and reviewing then started match mvping like I used to again and now im already back to plat 1, and its feeling easy so hopefully dia soon.
As a 19 year old that have always wanted to achieve a high rank in competitive shooter games, I’m often obstructed by the amount of hard-work it needs to get to the high level. I often question myself if the sacrifices are worth it, after all, I’m investing a lot of time and effort for the sake of some pixels on a screen. I try to gain perspective by thinking long-term: this grind would actually be worth it if I could TRANSLATE the skills required to gain the high rank to real life problems (discipline, problem-solving etc.) just like how going to the gym does for someone. Climbing ranks in competitive shooter I believe involves similar qualities, except it primarily rewards you with a sense of achievement in the virtual world rather than in the real world itself. Of course, this all goes back to your initial goals. If you are a content creator or an aspiring pro, this path is beneficial. However, if this is a hobby you just want to enjoy in your free time I wouldn’t think spending a lot of time sacrificing things for a virtual prestige is going to be of much benefit if it obstructs with your daily obligations Apologies for the long rant, these are just my two cents, lmk what you think!
Definitely agree with what you’ve said here as thats the same approach I had hence why i’ve decided to use my skills to make content now. But at the end of the day gaming is mainly for fun/entertainment and some people are more competitive than others
Bro you put it perfectly. This game is a hobby to me but as with everything, my mindset is growth and improvement in everything I do. I've learned to translate my effort in game into real life shit such as gym or being disciplined in learning something for 1-2hrs a day.
Unfortunately balancing a full time job and trying to focus in the esports scene was too much and decided content for my viewers/supporters would be better
everyones in lower ranks atm, youre probably fighting washed diamonds in gold, in a week or two everyone will be back to their ranks and im sure you will too :)
Having bad team as i explain in the video is inevitable, just focus on playing good in the game even if you lose so you can improve and see your own mistakes
@@IvzVN if it was every other game id be fine its literally like 6 to 1 ratio of bad teams and i have even put them into types" -scared to enter trade or even bait -doesnt use util or uses too late when corner/site already cleared -smoke that goes to lurk on opposite site and doesnt smoke -1 or 2 afks -0 kills for over 14 rounds -team is so scared to enter or do anything when i dont that we litearly stay in spawn not even site door/neutral space is clear -cypher and killjoy playing same site dont hold it for 5 secs dont kill anyone and dont even have damage list goes on ranked system needs rework it just doesnt work
