@@platinumphonesandcomputers yes i saw them and it was perfect but im waiting for part 4, you didn't make it yet. Please make it as soon as possible. As i said you're explination is very good especially for beginners. Please make tutorial video part 4 for us. Thnx
Really good video!! I would love to see another video where you go a little bit more into how to figure out where lines are coming from. Basically what you did now with the tracing the power path, but maybe with a bit more explaination. I am often confused on where a line is coming from or where its going, especially when looking at apple schematics.
Oh I get what you are saying, actually a simple way to know the direction of power flow in schematics is from left to right, on top of that you can also the arrows at the end on the line, plus trace for words like "in" and "out"
This is just the video I have always wanted thank you sir for your knowledge. I am 100% confident to work on my laptop now even though I dont have hot air station😂😂😂. All in all I am thankful
Am watching your videos it's really amazing but i when i read schmatics diagrams i am fighting with symbols and abbreviations can you help me with that? Thanks for your time
Very excellent explanation... I have a question. I have the same laptop. One of the sot23 parts was damaged in it... and I do not know its value or number. Can you help me... I want to send you a picture of the damaged part. Do you have a way to contact you, my brother?
@@platinumphonesandcomputers Thank you for your response... Unfortunately, I do not know how to read the chart... Thank you again for your response and I wish you success.
So in my case, on that mosfet, from ground to drain i have close to zero volts and between gate and drain or gate and ground i have just 0.6V But i have no schematics and obviously not enough knowledge. Is it possible to be just the mosfet? I know, they don't usually die alone, but it would be a personal achievement to repair this laptop, if you could give me a hint
