Kurt Schwertsik: Adieu Satie for string quartet and bandoneon from Concert 22nd August 2015

Milos Todorovski - bandoneon, Benjamin Bowman - violin, Sini Simonen - violin, Michel Camille - viola, Ursula Smith - cello at the 17th Esbjerg International Chamber Music Festival (EICMF) 2015. Concerts are held at South Denmark's Music Academy, SDMKS, Esbjerg. I really enjoyed this work. But I can't believe that despite studying with Karlheinz Stockhausen, Schwertsik finishes up writing music reminiscent to Kurt Weill.

Es gibt ja auch andere Werke von Kurt Schwertsik:
Was mich immer dabei bewog, war die Frage: Wie super kann Kurt für Violine komponieren, da er doch Hornist eigentlich war. Dies Violinspiel riss mich immer mit.Energischst.
