Well, I think they are really significant for me, I always relied on them in order to adapt to listening test😵, my main exam is on 11 January and I am too worried about that

In writing for formal letter so many phrasal verbs has been seen . Should we use them in formal letters ?

How will this change affect computer driven tests ?
Same as paper-based. No listening module example.
Sorry I am new here. I could not watch your videos before. I will see it later. My all sections are weak. Should I need to improve first listening and reading ? What do you think what I have to start first to improve ielts score? I mean which one section is better to improve first so it help others sections to improve in easy way. Thanks
1. Take a placement test - it will show you where your weaknesses are in terms of grammar and vocabulary
2. Take a mock test - it will show you what your weakest IELTS modules are, focus on those.

Hello Darian. I'm new in your channel but I noticed that you are doing great job and I want you ask a question.do you think it would be enough three months to get 7 and over ( I am intermediate level)
It's very individual! Some people need a year, others - a month to prepare for this level. I personally needed only 3.5 weeks to get 8.0 overall on academic IELTS.

Is this changes for academic or general or for both
Both modules have an example in their listening section, so the changes apply to both.

I acknowledge your efforts but more than 90% take this test once in their lives, so we do not know the difference between 2020, 2019, 2002 or other changes.
Do we care? I think we should be prepared to understand the difference or similarity between section or part, and if there is no listening example compared to the previous version. What’s going to happen? Nothing, because we just take the test and move on.

Hey! Someone who started preparation in 2019 definitely needs to know the changes. These alterations will affect performance of people who may not expect them.
Darian Sandmartin I thanks for your reply, It’s about their (our) skills. And as I said, we take the test, and all the tips and strategies to tackle the sections themselves help to preform better. But the way the test is applied is somewhat relevant. But that’s my simple opinion.
You say "the way the test is applied is somewhat relevant". I am not sure what you mean by "the test is applied", maybe you wanted to say "the test is held/conducted". Regardless, the exam rules are crucial to understand - especially if they're changed - because it's the rules we must obey and it's the guidelines we're evaluated for. No matter how many times people take the test 😉

Well, I don't see any different on this. People with English knowledge get 6.0 overall and people without any Idea of English get 6.0 too. Interesting fact when this is for someone applying for a resident visa. The evidence is compelling.

It's obviously the best to work with the latest books. However, Cambridge IELTS vol. 12 and 13 are ones of the most recent, so it's perfectly okay to practice with them.

I hope you got it when watched the video.
But one change is also occur in listening test. It increased the time checking every end of section, now they are allow 40 seconds to check your answers. That's changed is very helpful to read the next question.
