Paul, we’ve had our 2023 CR-V EX-L for a couple of weeks and really like it. I was doing some searching on the subject of this video, it’s great and the answer to the problem, thanks. Obviously this isn’t OEM part and when I went to the milkstreet web site they have other items you’ve installed and made videos of such as the mud guards and the rear seat USB charger but you used OEM for hose items. Any reason you used OEM for those 2 items versus the after market? I haven’t compared prices yet, so assuming the aftermarket are a lower price. Your thoughts on OEM parts versus aftermarket parts? Yes, you can manually turn it off, but this saves you from having to remember to turn it off. Both accomplish the same, so it’s upto personal preference. Thanks for watching!

It's not really a difficult "task" to push the defeat button after you crank it up, right after you put on your seat belt just reach down and poke the little button. C'mon, I know you can do it.
